T&B Access
T&B Access is available to T&B authorized distributors worldwide who purchase T&B products directly from us. T&B Access offers distributors real-time stock availability and pricing, web-based order entry, easy-to-use document finder for viewing and printing invoices, packing slips, returns documentation, quotation agreements and ship & debit agreements. If you are a direct T&B customer and you would like to take advantage of the convenience of T&B Access, please contact your local T&B Sales Representative to obtain a sign-on for your company, or initiate your T&B Access Setup process on-line.
Signature Service
Nearly 70 years ago, Thomas & Betts introduced the "T&B Plan of Wholesale Distributor" which established a partnership relationship between T&B and its distributors based on respect and shared growth. Today, the principle of partnering with distributors remains the foundation of T&B's Signature Service®, the most widely imitated preferred-distributor program in the industry. Distributors that meet the requirements for participation in the Signature Service program receive marketing, merchandising, product training and many other services designed to help increase both sales and profitability.
